When does the admission process start?

The admission process usually starts in the month of November for Spring session and in May for Autumn semester.

What is the mode of admission?

The admission process can be done in online mode only.

How can the admission fees be paid?

The admission fees can only be paid in online mode (Debit card/ credit card/ net banking) during the time of admission.

When will we receive the study materials?

Learners shall receive their study materials in the months of February and July for Spring and Autumn semesters respectively.

Who should we contact if we do not receive the SLMs in time?

In case a learner does not receive his/ her SLMs in time, he/ she can write a mail to codl@tezu.ernet.in or call at 03712-275350.

When do the counselling sessions take place?

The counselling classes usually take place in the month of October for Autumn Semester and in the month of April for Spring semester.

How will we get the information regarding counselling sessions?

The notification regarding the counselling classes shall be uploaded in the website of CODL from time to time. Learners are requested to visit the website and faculty updates regularly.

Is it compulsory to attend the counselling sessions?

No it is not compulsory to attend the counselling sessions.

Where are the examination centres?

There are three exam centres of CODL- Tezpur University, DHSK College, Dibrugarh and B. Borooah College, Guwahati.

Can I appear for the examination of two semesters at the same time?

​

Yes, learners can appear for examinations of two semesters at a time. However, CODL will not be responsible if two examinations clash while preparing the schedule.
